We founded Faith Love Creations with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!
SHIPPING
Orders (RTS) Ready to Ship will ship next business day. If the item is not a RTS we have to order in a certain color it will ship once we get the order completed turnaround time can be 7 - 21 days. Shipping is not guaranteed through USPS, UPS or Fedex in the time frame the label states. We do offer additional shipping if you need it faster then first class.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at faithlovecreations@gmail.com to obtian a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving approval for the return, place the item securely in its originally package or your own package, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least forty five (45) days or less from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be return or exchanged:
